Accreditation details will be released shortly and accreditation will be granted upon presentation of valid press credentials including:

Access to media facilities, services and media opportunities will be available only to accredited media representatives.

Media Room

The assigned Media Room will offer limited internet access for accredited media and broadcasters. As the Media Room will be entirely paperless, no printers or paper will be provided. All attending media representatives will be required to bring their own flash-drives for downloading of information from the web.

Additional dedicated Internet access is also available on a pay-per-use basis at the venue.
All press statements, speeches and announcements will be disseminated through the Media Room and through this website.

Media Accommodation

Media are responsible for their own accommodation and hotel reservations. They must comply with the terms and conditions of booking for each hotel, including payment and cancellation. All visiting media will enjoy the same privileged rates as attending Summit delegates at the assigned conference hotels. The rates will be published here and are on a first come first serve basis, and are subjected to availability.

The media are strongly encouraged to confirm their hotel reservations as soon as possible as occupancy is expected to be very high during the period.

Responsibility of Personal Belongings and Storage

The Summit Organiser is not liable for any loss of or damage to real or personal property (including loss of use of that property) however caused.
Please note that there are no storage facilities available for media equipment during the Summit.
