The room will offer a limited number of services and facilities for accredited media and broadcasters including a small number of personal computers, printers and limited numbers of wireless access points. Additional dedicated Internet access is also available on a pay-per-use basis at the venue.
All press statements, speeches and announcements will be disseminated through the Media Counter and through this website.

The room will offer cluster seating for the conducting of interviews. Booking for the room use must be made at the Media Counter on-site or through email to media@globalinitiatives.com in advance. The availability of the room is on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Media are responsible for their own accommodation and hotel reservations. They must comply with the terms and conditions of booking for each hotel, including payment and cancellation. All visiting media will enjoy the same privileged rates as attending Summit delegates at the Swissôtel, The Stamford Singapore.

The media are strongly encouraged to confirm their hotel reservations as soon as possible as occupancy is expected to be very high during the period.
The organiser is not liable for any loss of or damage to real or personal property (including loss of use of that property) however caused. Please note that there are no storage facilities available for media equipment during the Summit.
Media should be appropriately dressed at all times.
The organiser supports and encourages the observation of environmental efforts, including the overall reduction in the use of paper. All paper supplied in the media computer room and used throughout the event will be obtained from certified sustainably managed plantations. |
