On May 22 and 23, B4E, WBCSD, and other partners will hold an important Summit in Berlin on the theme ‘Collaborate, Innovate, Act – Delivering the Green Economy’. It places the emphasis on business initiative. But business cannot succeed under policies that favour business-as-usual or only provide weak, uncertain signals for change.

Rio +20 has government negotiators prepare renewed commitments to the objectives of sustainable development. In this process they hear many voices; some push them forwards, others hold them back.

True to its theme, the Berlin Summit will send to the Rio +20 negotiators a clear message about the policy framework needed for innovative and sustainable solutions.

We invite participants and interested parties to react here to a number of policy ideas for this message.

The following survey is based on the recent work by the World Business Council for Sustainable Development. It will be presented and discussed, with the survey results, at the Berlin B4E Summit.

Take part in the survey: here.

Please give us 5-10 minutes to complete this survey. Your contribution will nourish a legitimate message to the Rio +20 policy makers.
